The Zambia Green Jobs Programme, an initiative of the International Labour Organisation, needed an annual report that could communicate programme impact to international donors and government stakeholders, while remaining accessible and visually compelling across a wide readership.
The design centres photography as its primary storytelling tool, with a consistent green palette drawn from an abstracted map of Zambia that threads through the cover and interior. Data is presented in clean, structured tables and graphs designed for clarity at a glance. The challenge was substantial: a dense document with significant volumes of text, statistics, and imagery, all requiring careful hierarchy and pacing across a full editorial layout. The result communicates credibility and care in equal measure.
