Elephant Charge Program

The Elephant Charge is an annual 4x4 event that challenges teams of cars and motorbikes to complete a gruelling course through the Zambian wilderness. The Elephant Charge’s purpose is to raise money for conservation in Zambia, focussing on conservation through education. The event is held at a different location each year over a weekend in September or October.

Paint splatters, tread mark patterns, and grungy fonts help make the booklet feel wild and rugged. The colour palette is earthy yet bright. Photos from the previous year’s event have had their backgrounds removed to blend into the booklet on the bottom margins, some taking up a two-page spread. The aim was to make the program a nice recap of the previous year whilst providing the necessary information.
