NAPSA Pensions

The National Pension Scheme Authority, Zambia's state pension provider, needed an animated campaign to increase pension scheme uptake among employers of domestic workers, a sector with historically low compliance. The communication challenge was significant: pension contribution is a dry subject, and the target audience needed accessible, culturally relevant content.

The video borrowed its design style and imagery from an existing campaign from India. I adapted the visual approach and all character design for a Zambian context, ensuring the content felt locally resonant. The voiceover was provided by Chilu Lemba, one of southern Africa's most recognisable broadcast voices, lending the piece immediate credibility with its target audience.
