Musekese Conservation was established to protect the ecology and wildlife of Kafue National Park through law enforcement and community-based research. They needed an identity with gravitas, something that conveyed vigilance and authority while honouring the environment they exist to protect.
The logomark is built around the African Leopard: an animal that is patient, alert, and adaptive, all qualities that directly mirror the conservation team's approach. A bold yellow and black palette enclosed in a circular mark reads simultaneously as a beacon and a warning. The mark needed to work across ranger uniforms, vehicle decals, and international communications alike, so clarity and scalability were as important as character.
